Newbie here that needs some help

hi,
im pretty new to the juice scene, my only experience has been a 7 week cycle of anadrol. but after reading around here i wanna do my next cycle the right way.
so heres my deal, 6 ft, 285 lb lineman and im looking to gain strength, cut fat(more cut), and build up some speed.

i need some help on what to do. i took a shot in the dark and thought maybe dbol, test, and winny maybe? maybe im totally off... but thats where u smartys come in...

so critique me and give me suggestions

Fat loss is dependent on diet alone

If all you've done is a drol cycle, I'd suggest no more than a Test/dbol stack

Are you at risk for testing?

thanks for the response... no im not at any risk of testing... what kind of test with the dbol?
and no winny for the speed?

I think Dbol is too harsh for newbies like you and I.

As for the rest of your cycle, I think you should decide what you want to do:

1) Bulk?
2) Cut?
3) Get stronger?

It seems like you want to do 2 and 3? If so, then I guess Winnie is a good call, since it seems to make people run faster, etc...and it will aid in cutting you up as well. Or just stick to good ole Clen and ECA stack. I'd say that's the best thing to do for you...just stick to Clen/ECA for now...unless you are POSITIVE you want to cross into the Dark Side after you've done your research.

I think you should also indicate how many weeks you want to run your cycle. What about anti-E and PCT? You need anti-E to prevent Gyno and PCT so that you can recover post cycle.

There are some excellent threads in the Educational Threads Forum. I think you should take a look at those. I think this board is awesome, and so are all the vets on this forum. Unfortunately, one ability the vets do not have is mind-reading/telepathy. Hence, maybe read up a little in the Educational Threads Forum and you will have a better idea what you want to run.

And don't forget that diet is crucial.

yes i want to do 2 and 3... and i do need advice on what to take for the recovering...i will check the ed forum, but this is alot of info to take in and process. and this site is awesome!

oh and i want to do this cycle at the begining of summer... so suggestions on the length of it is need to...thanks

wk1-12 250mg Enan E3D
.25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva ED
Or 20mg of Nolva if L-dex is not accessible

PCT- 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva for 30 days starting 14 days after last Enan shot

wow... if you dont mind me saying... since im an idiot to this stuff... explain that in laymans terms... dbol pills? and enan injectable im guessing? thanks ...

thats why im starting to ask about it now because i wanna start around may... i did think to ask way early... how many shot a week is that?

I think what ole Pheedno is saying is try running a search for some of these terms, here on AR. In the upper right hand portion of your screen, you should see a search button...it is awesome.
