    bulking/cutting same cycle . need help guys.

    Hi guy im doing a 24week bulking/cutting cycle and need some advice.
    heres my bulking cycle .
    week 1-6 = d-bol
    week 1-12 = test enanthate 750mg
    week 1-12 = deca 400mg .

    ive got 3 weeks left and currently gaining like a mofo . im planning to cut in three weeks from week 13-24 .

    week1-12 = Test enanthate 750mg
    week 1-3 = clen /t3 // week 4-6=eca // week 7-9 = clen/t3 . //week10-12 = eca .
    weeks 1-4 = legal gear m1t at 20mg a day
    week 9 -12 = legal gear masterdrol v2 .

    My question is im bulking at 4300 calories a day . when i cut ill be eating 2500calories . well i loss the muscle if i drop the calories this drasticly even whilst still on aas and ph's .

    advice would be greatly taken .

    It's a bad idea to go from one drastic to another. Your body needs a period of time to adapt to it's new set point. If your going to go straight into a cutter, insert a 4-6wk period of 250mg E5D of Enan between the two cycles

    I also don't like the cutter, but thats not really relevant as you've only got a short period of time left on the bulker, and I would hope you play smart and gather everything before a cycle starts

    Diet dictates fat loss more than anything anyhow.

    im aware how cardio and diet is the main key to maximum fat loss .
    what would u suggest man on the cutting cycle.

    thanx man whats ur advice on the calorie issue . i heard that i could reduce the calories drasticly and not loss any muscle as id still be eating at maintanence bw x 15 . Id only loss the water and glycogen weight quicker .
    whats ur thoughts man .

    i'm no expert on diet, and swolecat would probably call me and idiot for going against anything he says, but whenever i'm trying to lean out, i go with bw X 10 and make sure protein is at least a gram per pound of bw, 30% of your cals coming from good fats, and the rest from carbs, you need carbs while taking T3 to get the full fat buring affect

    cool man . thanx alot . im eating bw x 25 as im bulking hardcore .
    ill probably start the cutter cycle at bw x 15 then drop down from there .

    Imo you start at about 15x to get things rolling and as your fat loss starts to slow down roll off another 1x-2x off your calories always do your cardio first thing in the morning to burn more fat.

    thanx man . so dont u think the change in kcals is to drastic then .
    i personaly dont think it well be a problem .
    what da think guys ?
