    primo only

    ok here it is I am 6'1 192lbs about 13%body fat I need to gain only about 7-10lbs in about 5 weeks I want to gain lean hard muscle my diet is just about perfect I was told by a trainer at my gym that primo would be perfect Is this good info? any help would be appreciated I have never done any a/s so he said primo should do the job if i train haed and eat rite and i do thanks for any help bro's

    Primo is expensive as hell, and faked A LOT. I'd rather take var.

    primo for 5 weeks wouldnt do much it needs to be run for a longer time....all your cycles must have test as a base....do some research first bro before you start a cycle, do you know what PCT is?? what anti-e's are??....do a search for first cycles, anti-e's and PCT....than come back with a cycle and well help you out....

    7-10 pounds in 5 weeks using anavar would be tough.

    Why not do a prop cycle?

    "all cycles must have test as base".......

    I did Durabolin /anavar only. Gained 10 kilos lean muscle......No bloat. NO sides at all......

    It worked for me !!!!

    Lucky you, still not an advisable cycle IMO


    lNhAZ- If your looking for a lean Lb gain, I'd suggest 8wks of Prop @ 50mg ED. Thats the minimal amount of time I'd recommend. Primo alone is a horrible choice. Your trainer probably got the idea from Dave Palumbo, who thinks primo doesn't shut down HPTA

    ok but wont test make be fat and bloated though,I need to be lean as possable

    test actually helps to matabolize fat. Prop will keep you lean. You'll get more water retention from longer lasting esters such as enanthate or cypionate .

    An Primo-only cycle is ok for you. You gotta go for 8-10 weeks though.....

    AS dont make you fat, if your diet is terrible thats why youll get fat, with a clean diet/cardio you may be able to lose some bf....as far as the bloat it can be combatted with anti-e's, or you can go with test prop which does not cause much bloat at all....prop might be a good choice for you, do some searches on it.........
