    Help on deciding what to use!!!

    Quick question.....for sports, rugby, football, sprinting...what are the best AS's to take for mass gain and speed but not to get bulky and slow????

    If you want to keep on the lean side I would go with Prop/Tren combo or maybe even Prop , Stan.
    All these compounds will make you good and strong and water retention is mimimal if any, also clears the system quickly if testing could be a problem.

    Your diet will be the key no matter what drugs you are using.....

    But athletes usually will stick to drugs like Winny and Test prop like stated above...

    Thanks guys.....What if my shins tighten up realy badly on tren ? Is that just not stretching or how can I avoid that??

    That's the pump. No real way to avoid that. You can get great gains just running prop on it's own.

    true...im running prop only, look in my sig, up 10 pds in 3 weeks, no bloat....

    My own opinion would be to stay away from winny. Why risk the variable detection time and the notoriously painful joints? I would go with a Var, Prop, hGH cycle if you can afford it. I am on that right now

    Can't afford that right now (wife's watching).... lol, is there anything to take that will help with the tightening of shin muscles caused by tren ?
