    Exclamation AS plus Other legal supplements??

    Can I still take HMB, Glutamine, Multi-Vit, you know all the necessary supplements, fish oils....and so on?

    Yes of course. They would be even more induced to be beneficial to your system with the enhancement of AS. Also on AS you are going to be training harder and will need these supps for proper recooperation.

    LMR is right on, but I wouldn't consider HMB necessary, but if you got a bunch of it for Xmas or something, I'd go ahead and take it.
