Do a test only cycle like Enanthate or Cypionate for single ester test that can be administered easily in once week dosages. Please, for a novice user do not hop on the sustanon band wagon. How about deca/ test cypinate? Seems everyone loves the test. Its about the same price.
You can do this if you want. Like i said I would do test only first but atleast now you got the idea. If you decide to hit deca in a stack do it mild like 300-400mg cyp and 200-300 deca weekly for 10 weeks see how you like it. Dont forget PCT.Quote:

Deca doesnt solidify gains it just makes more of them. Nandrolone is much more anabolic than tetosterone or dihydrotestosterone. A deca only cycle is likely to provide gains equal to or superior to a test only cycle. But nandrolone isnt androgenic enough to be run alone. A cycle needs an androgen, and testosterone is THE androgen. The primary reason why people keep more gains from using deca and test is that they are using more gear. 500mg test ew + 400mg nandrolone ew = 900mg of hormone. Test at 500mg is only 500 mg of hormone.
