    sick while on cycle

    Sup guyz,

    Wut u guyz do when u got sick on cycle? Stop it for awhile or keep doing it until the flu is gone?

    personally

    i work through it and make sure to spread my germs to other gym members.if i have to be sick i feel everyone should have to be too!!

    Take a day off or 2. It is not a very good idea to work out when feeling shitty. Why? Because the immune system is greatly stressed by exercise, and when your sick your immune system is already stressed because of the dealing of the problem.(illness)

    Though personally I do workout moderately when sick because Ia feel even worst not doing anything. Still its not a very good idea, but depends how you feel. If its not that bad, go ahead and workout litely.

    Make sure you drink lots of water, and dont force your eating. Hope you get better.

    I just take a couple of days off from the gym but I still hit the juice.

    take off a day or two.....if u have access to a steam sauna id try that.
