    Supplements & Juice?

    Hey Everyone,

    What is everyone's recommendations for supplements and vitamins while doing your cycles? What dosages everyday? Also, do any of these things need to be cycled like "juice" in order to clean out your liver?

    Protein? Glutamine? Glucosamine? Creatine? Calcium? Vitamins A to Z?

    protein is a must you should use it year round. glutamine is good too, i don;t see any way in which it could hinder juice. creatine i personally would steer clear of while on, since you will most likely hold water why hold even more, could be something good to throw in post cycle to help keep some gains. ALWAYS take a multi vit.. even when on.

    I just take vitamins and protein powder...I don't think much else is worth the money...Food is your best source of everything...

    I would take milk thistle for liver protection and 3 grams of Vit C spread throughout the day - helps as a natual diuretic too
