    off cycle dbol question

    If i am off cycle and have a wrestling tourney coming up can i pop 30mg of dbol the morning of the tourney and expect an increase in strength?

    I would think that it wouldn't give a strength increase that fast even though it has a considerably short half life. I think it would just be a waste of time, 30mg of dbol the morning of won't give you the stregnth increase you are looking for in such a short amount of time. Maybe if you took some a week before and kept it at 30mg ED up until the day of your match. Either way I think it would be pointless. Just my opinon. Good luck bro.

    the scientific answer is no.

    the dbol will significantly push your nitrogen level into a positive balance so that more protein can be utilized efficiently and help build muscle and strength.

    you need to train in a positive nitrogen balance to realize mass and strength gains, so you won't do anything for your cause by popping some before the meet.

    I think ephedra is horrible for wrestling. I get out of breath way to fast. So its a no go on d-bol. A no go on ephedra. Maybe i will just stick to my natural skill

    during football season I would do 25mg/ED, and 50mg on game days... I play defense and it definately made me more aggressive!

    Is that all you ran? or was it part of a cycle with lets say test?

    oh no, of course I had test. That was my first cycle ever - I was doing 500mg Test Enth/week, 25mg Dbol /ED (50mg Dbol/Game days), and Anti-E's. I didn't want to do to much on my first, you know. I just finished my third cycle of 750mg Test Cyp/week, 500mg EQ/week, 25mg Dbol/ED (50mg on Squat and Bench days), Clomid
