When jogging...... is it better to run a mile as fast as you can or is better to run two miles slow...? ummm

Do your cardio (whatever it may be) at a moderate rate. You should be working but able to hold a conversation. This is the level of energy where fat burning takes place instead of cardiovascular conditioning...

i best best alter the pace thru out- a slow jog for a longer duration followed by a sprint for a short duration.
