    Supplements and Multi-Vitamins tips and suggestions

    Let's see how much feedback we can get here...

    If you were only going to be able to take 5 different supplements and one good multi-vitamin while juicing, what would they be? Brand names would be helpful as well.... what does everyone think?

    Sidenote, I JUST ADDED MY AVATAR... WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK ABOUT IT?

    Do protein shakes count?? I use Pro-Rated protein. Thats about all I use. I also use a multi-vitamin tablet from Walgreens. 1 pill a day.

    I think I'm gonna start taking a multi-vitamin when I start my cycle. I probably should be taking one anyway. anybody have one to recomend (cheap and decent)?

    A rep was here in town (not going to mention) but it's a very large city. She won a wet T-shirt contest and was approached. She flew out to California to do a photo shoot about a month ago... it's lookin pretty good. OH, they also posted her on the website in a forum where they put the newbie up and comers... I think she's still on there if I am not mistaken

    its always a good idea to keep on top of your multi's brotha, the mult vit pack i use is "Universal's Animal pak" about 44 individually packed tabs, you could go i-2 pk a day. preferebly go 2 when on-cycle, 1 when off.. pretty cheap for what you get, about $23 or so.

    coldstone.. I couldn't help but laugh. Yeah I do brag on her - we split up for about a year and just got back together. I am very proud of her. I have had to learn to live with her high profile (the t-shirt contests and the newfound Playboy deal). It hasn't been easy but she's a hell of a trophy - I can't really say much more than that besides I guess I'm warped! LOL
