Looking 4 Opinions: Whats The Best Way To Train For Mass On A Mass Cycle?

How many times should each muscle be trained per week?

How many total sets per muscle group?

Whats the BEST rep range for gaining MASS?

    What are the BEST exercises?

i dont think you are going to find a consist answer to this question- everyones body responds differently.. you have to listen to what its telling you- if your hungry- feed it, if its tired- rest it, other than that train hard and grow.

everyones different, do what your body responds to...if you dont know what you respond to then you havent been training long enough...

to answer your question, low reps and heavy weight with power movements make me grow the best...ie. bench, incline, d-lifts, rows, squats, straight bar curls.....

I agree, I am currently on qv deca 300 and T400 denkall. no mass cycle is complete without a test of somekind. I just started this new workout,
    Bench 12-14 sets
    Incline 12-14 sets
    dumbell incline 6 sets
    flat bench 6 sets
some might say its insane, but anything schwarzenegger tries i'll try.

I was doing one muscle a day and just killing it... then wouldn't hit it again for a week...
but that was getting old so now I do the classic push/pull splits (Back-Bis)(Chest-tris) but I still do legs and shoulders seperately.

    Monday Chest-tri
    Tuesday Legs
    Wed Shoulders
    thursday rest
    Friday Back-bi's
    Sat alt legs or shoulders
    Sunday rest

I also do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week... (but I am trying to lower my BF, if you are bulking I wouldn't recommend doing that much cardio)

A very basic Powerlifting routine consisting of deadlifts for back, flat bench for chest and squats for legs... military press for shoulders..... everything else are assistance excersises, but for mass you want to use compound movements with heavy weights and train each part once a week...
