Deca-Sust-Clomid-Nolvadex question?

I work out Hard 4 days a week as it is Solid for the last 2 years
I've missed Funerals to Workout!!! Im 6'2 (226) Im currently doing Steve Holmans POF system and love it, Im about to start my first cycle and wanted to run it buy you guys first, any and all criticism is greatly appreaciated!

10 weeks Deca-Durabolin
week-1 thru week-10 (300mg Deca)
week-1 thru week-10 (250mg Sust250) or should i go 500mg?

Then for clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg

Should Nolvadex be used with Clomid for my First cycle?
Or stick with just the clomid?

raise the sust to 500mg a week (I would split it up to 4 injections a week, half ml each time). Run the sust 1 week past the deca. then start pct 3 weeks after last sust shot. Yes run nolva 10md ED throughout the cyle and use clomid and nolva both for PCT.

Thanks! How much nolva for PCT tho? stay at 10mg? Just continue using it at that dose and pick up clomid, 3 weeks after the last Sust shot?

for pct raise the nolva to 20mg ed
