At your age (19), a ton of calories and lots of protein.... workout hard and get your rest! Probably not the answer you were hoping for huh!

yeah.. doing a cycle at your age is not a good idea. wait at least 2 or 3 more years. you have so much you can gain naturally anyway. you would be supirsed at how much you can gain just by eating right and training hard.

you've probably just reached a plateau in your training. change up your routine and maybe throw in some supplements to help break through the barrier. no need for aas right now.

Research the subject. But I agree in regards to the age. But to each his own.

Plateau's are a natural part of the training process. You see, growing is not a linear process where you can gain 2 lbs of muscle a week for X number of years. Growth happens in spurts...try changing up your routine and incorporating powerlifting movements into your training. You can start by doing a search on Westside training.

Bro, gear shouldn't even be in your vocabulary man! You have 3 or 4 good years before you even need to think of that. Change you're routine, eat differently. If you've been doing the same thing for 4 years, then you're going to hit a plateau... also, at 19 you have as much test as some of the people doing cycles right now.... use your age to your advantage. Get some creatine/glutamine/protein and lift your ass off !

if you are trying to gain why would you be on a low carb diet. Eat like a horse. At your age your metabolism as a bodybuilder won't allow you to put on much fat so just eat eat eat.

Your diet needs to have high calories and you have to eat frequently. So for example:
    Breakfast
    Vitamins and supps etc.
8 - egg whites w/ 2 whole eggs with 0% fat milk, and cheese.
1 or 2 cups of oatmeal (don't use sugar, use a sweetener)

    2hrs later
    chicken and rice (brown)
maybe a protein shake with some carbs

    2hrs later
chicken and a yam, greens (broccoli, or green beans)

    2hrs later
Protein shake or maybe a can of tuna, and/or a potato with cheese

Starting to get the point, you need to eat till @ about 8pm when you should have a shake (50 gms of protein in all shakes).
You're workouts should change to a body part a day, EX:
    monday - legs
    tues - chest
    wed - back
    thursday - shoulders/calves
    fri - arms
    sat/sunday off
Also, minimal cardio, maybe 2x a week on a bike for 30 mins...if you're like me and you have a fast metabolism I have to do zero cardio to gain anything. Your workouts need to be very ****ing intense, you'll have enough carbs and such to get each day full. I don't know what your workouts are like but I'd go the 20 sets per body part and really push it! If you don't push it and really try to break down your muscle you'll never gain. I personaly need to w/o to extremes for any type of gain. If you're going to use creatine take 5gms before 5 gms after, then 20 mins later a protein shake and 40mins after that a good solid meal with chicken or steak and greans w/ brown rice.
If you want to eat at bk or mcd's every once in a while for a treat go ahead, I wouldn't eat the bread or the fries though. Drink plenty of water 1 to 1.5 gallons or more a day. Keep your protein high, 300gms a day if you can, eating 3 or 4 meals with chicken or tuna and 3 shakes with 50 gms of protein will help.
Sacrifice now, because the gains you get naturally will make you 5x better when you do finally do a cycle. If you pack it on for the next 4 years, and when you get to be 23/24 and you do decide that you want to run a cycle, you're gains will be so much better! You have to have a foundation to which to build on, if you just do a cycle with nothing there, you'll loose your gains. You don't need to rush into the gear, hell I waited 15 years for my 1st and it was around me most of that time. Good luck!

I should have added, there is more that you should add to your diet for each meal. Search for bulking diets on the board, and there's some knowledgable bro's here. Good luck and trust me it's well worth it to do the dirty work 1st! Build and build and build, worry about the other stuff later! You won't be dissapointed..
