I really dont think this is true but im not 100% sure cause some people say that smoking weed (heavily) reduces testosterone. But others say it dont. I thought that your penis grows when your testosterone spikes when your in puberty. So if it is true about dope lowing it, then it may not spike as much when your a teen.
