used to do calves....but no longer .....used to do delts but no longer
have a mental block about going through tatoo's
delts, tris, quads... tried bis but that sh*t HURT!
So you just keep rotating these four? I think that's what I am going to do ... not to keen on finding other places since I'm used to these...Quote:

I hit my bi's for the first time today, it was weird. The needle when in and there was a delayed sting, and then I did the injection super slow, and I dont know if I liked it or not , It was like hooking up with a fat chick. So I will hit the other bi tomorrow and drown it in fina and go from there.
I love hitting my bis... it feels so good. I use a 1.5 inch needle for every injection, no matter where it is.Quote:

Mudman has a point...Lats are one of my favorite spots. Glutes/Quads/Delts/Lats.

I imagine that I will be hitting glutes and lats sooner or later. Glutes just seem so boring. Traps...there is some excitement. I am working up the guts for my first lat shot...but it hurts if I poke them with my finger...I bet that prop is going to be HELL!

Glutes, quads, delts. That's all you need. Get comfortable with these three and you'll never have any problems injecting.
Delts, Quads and Glutes...in that order. have yet to try anything else.
dont think i want to.
Delts (anterior and posterior areas = 4 total delts shots), tris (2 different heads on each side = 4 total tri shots)
Quads and Glutes (medius) on occasion.

How does the lat injection compare to other sites? I looked up some pics of lat injections and they look interesting. Just never thought of hitting there before.
