Decreasing detection times??!

Hello guys,
Is there any possibilty of decrease the detection times of ORAL steroids??

I know the injectibles,metabolites get into the fat and takes really longer than ORALS.
I heard that fast metabolism clears it faster and also low body fat.

Taking lots of fluids,TONS and TONS of water,to pee everytime,helps ???

I read that Caffeine increases the metabolism and also is a very good diuretic.Could it help??

Does anyone here could give me more suggestions or opinion??
I'ld really apreciate any kind of help!
