    5%?, bull****

Funny how he started out at 235 and 6% and has trained his way to 245 and 5% with a 4.21 40 just during the course of this nauseating thread.

The truth is that he was 240 when he played this year and ran a 4.3 IN the off-season he got his bodyweight up a little over 250 but cut down a little to avoid strain on his body. Thats the facts man.

Jesus another person that comments without knowing, he's 245 lbs and runs 4.21 in the 40. Please do some research before commenting.

    All the proof you need!

Well, to everyone that had their doubts here's the link to the espn article, check it and see for yourself!!!

    http://insider.espn.go.com/insider/story?id=1599490

If it doesn't work, he's prove from the article that he's as big as 245!!!
This paragraph is in the middle of the article, and a unknown player of the chargers talks about Boston.

"Look, even his face is growing," the player goes on. "He's bloated. His cheekbones have changed." Guys around the league just don't see how his weight could jump from 209 to 257 in three years. Or how he can have 21-inch biceps, a 34-inch waist and 5.5% body fat. Or how he can run the 40 in 4.3 seconds. Or how the sorry Cardinals could let such a physical speciman walk. Or how 30 other teams could let the chargers scoop him up as a free agent for only 47 mil.

What's the point of posting this? He can pack on 15 lbs of beef in a fairly short while. And all these speeds you see posted...they're just hearsay. I'm sure they're all close and may be accurate, but this is all indirect info. The "official" NFL info isn't updated in real-time.

Boston Will Never Be Accused Of Being A Team Player, Or Ever A Great Reciever( And Iam A Huge Fan) But You Have To Respect All The Hard Work That He Did To Get Were He Is Even If He Is On Gear.

There are a few, very few..but point taken.
I wish we had him, rumors have been goin' 'round...he's very TO'ish the way he goes where he wants on the field, not dictated by "Where the Safety's are" etc.....without question he is ONE of the toughest Wide Outs in the league.

Please... They aren't even supposed to increase your strength (at least not max strength) and they are definitely NOT designed to make you bigger... They are used to develop your power and explosive strength!! And they are amazing at that.
But if you didn't know why they were used, no wonder they weren't effective for you... Not to mention, technique needs to be excellent as well to get results, but unfortunately 90% of the high school population performs the o'lifts wrong!

dude is jacked. i went to high school with him he was jacked back then. he is an awsome athlete was allstate in highschool in football, basketball, and track. he is a bit of a head case but i think he is getting it under control. his dad is an nfl official. we had some great athletes at my high school (humble high) three guys in four years in the nfl. david boston, david givens-new england pats wr, sammy davis-san diego chargers cb. boston has put on some weight over the past few years but he led the nfl in recieving yards in 2001 with arizona with over 1500 yards he can play when his head is on straight.

David Boston is huge. He can not run a 4.3 40 either, you guys dont know how fast that is. The guy is very genetically gifted and Im sure he trains hard too. Hes passed every steriod test ever given to him.
