Cycle Question
Hey guys my boy weighs 172 and has been working out for a while. He has a few pounds that he wants to lose around his stomache and loer back but he also wants to gain about 20 to 30 lbs of muscle. He Basically wants to knock off 2 birds with one stone.. Whats the right way to do it and what should he take???

would'nt it be nice to knock off 2 birds with 1 stone.....
right way to do it would be to get his diet in check, eca stack, train, and sleep
then research a bulk cycle, and how to do it properly.....

its real hard to do at the same time.... i would bulk up and then cut down..

just like the guys said, get the diet in check, do some cardio and then he can cycle...hay doesnt eca stack have ephedrine in it? if yes wanst that stuff banned?
