    another gyno question

ok folks. Gyno. i know why and how it happens. but can anyone tell me how it appears? Does it show up all at once or little by little and you don't notice?
Will there always be tenderness when it starts? i know what to do if it starts, cut back your dosage and hit the anti-e's. but i need someone to elaborate on this.

tenderness, itchiness, burning, and lumps under the nipple are all warning signs of gyno.
