:scratch: hey guys im 25 6'4 290 football player i was a big juicer from 21 to 24 i have been off of them for about a yr i havent been in the gym in a yr as well because of my job well im back now i need some help i just want to trim up doing some cardio and lifting
i have a 20 cc bottle of aussie winny
1 bottle of milk thistle for my liver because my liver count is still a little high.
creatine and protein and of course multi vitamins
how should i take that winny?
