    Doggcrapp??

I read up on the doggcrapp training routine and it just seems like it isn't enough working out to get the results i'm looking for i could be completly wrong in this statement but that is why i am here to ask you guys what u think about the DoggCrapp Training program and is it too much workin out for a muscle if it is worked out 2 times in 7 days??? This is a serious problem for me because i am looking into a new workout plan and arnolds way seems good
rotating shoulders arms, chest back, and legs and sunday off?? what do you guys think is the best way to work out and the right amount of recovery time??

Honestly the best workout is one that works for you. That may sound like a generic response but it trully applies to your situation. Some guys respond well to high volume while other guys respond better to lower volume higher weight. DC's training falls in between the two. Actually the entire workout incorporates several different workout theories including static contraction, rest-pauses, and other HIT style routines. But again, its something in which you have to try for yourself in order to find what works best for you.
