    should you cut after a bulking cycle or will it lose gains?

    hello ,
    i have just finished a bulking cycle with a bit of chubb on me,does every one cut a bit after the cycle or does it lose your gains? my next cycle is going to be another bulk.

    if you mean do we run a cycle specifically to et cut up.>?? some will say the cycle is the cut up...


    I have seen people run t-3 and anavar as a bridge between cycles.. but you never recover your natural test this way..

    some just run a strick diet, and cardio for the same amount of time they were "on"

    I always keep my cals high when coming off a cycle no matter if I'm cutting or bulking. But going from one bulk to the next I don't see a reason to drop your calories. If your holding more weight than you desire its time to increase the cardio. Whenever my bf gets above 11% I get miserable looking at myself. Diet and cardio fixs that problem in no time though
