prop and EQ

is prop and EQ a good combo to go on before summer not to gain a lot of water and gain some good quaility muscle i have my diet down great iam trying the zigzag diet i like it alot seems to work great for me and iam doing cardio also or should i just stick to fina prop and some EQ and iam goin to run clen with it also let me know guy by the way can you give me a dosage on how many mgs to take of each

I'm going to start Fina/Prop in the beginning of May. I'm doing Clen post cycle for it's Anti-catabolic effects. I'm doing a 6 weeker to minimize the sides. Here's what it's going to look like.

Week 1-6: Prop @ 100mg EOD
Week 1-6: Tren @ 75mg EOD
Week 6-8: Nolva @ 40mg ED
Week 6-8: Clomid 300/100/50
Week 6-7: Clen @ 40/60/80/100/120/120/120/120/120/120/100/80/60/40 (mcg)

what's your cycle exp? Are you willing to shoot the prop ED? Yes it's a good combo, but I would do this:

week 1-4: test prop @ 50mgs ED/100 EOD (Or the entire 12 Weeks if your up to it)
week 1-12 test eth @ 400 mgs (I'm not all about getting stuck every day for 12 weeks personally but to each his own)
week 1-11 EQ @ 400 mgs
The water retention won't be that bad from the eth. if you take armidex or one the others(look them up, the threads will explain them clearly) Plus, you'll be running the Clen. ( run a search on that, I saw a really good thread the other day)

How's your PCT looking?

Yes Prop and EQ is a good cutting cycle......... I see from your profile you ran fina before. Fina will make the cycle just that much better of a cutter

1 - 15 Prop 100mg ED
1 - 12 EQ 400mg wk
3 - 12 Fina 75mg ED
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 3 days after your last Prop injection:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

Yep what Mud said. By the way, what is the zigzag diet? I never heard of that one before.

the mud man knows his **** he help me with a prop/eq cycle. if ya can handle getting poked a lot

the zigzag diet is where your carbs a litttle higher on the days you train and low on days you dont trian it to keep your body from getting used to the same thing all the time thats not the best explaination there is but it will give you a idea
