is prop and EQ a good combo to go on before summer not to gain a lot of water and gain some good quaility muscle i have my diet down great iam trying the zigzag diet i like it alot seems to work great for me and iam doing cardio also or should i just stick to fina prop and some EQ and iam goin to run clen with it also let me know guy by the way can you give me a dosage on how many mgs to take of each
