Spectriol (advice from the experienced ones)

I'm already taking Boldebal-H 2mg (eod)
now came across Spectriol 10 ml

Anyone got any experience with the shit?
Should I stop the bold3ebal-h and take it over by spec or keep it up and throw in Spec??
