need some feed back!!!!!

ok guys need some help and i have a few questions so here we go!!! first of all i have been bulking for a year im 5'10'' 190pounds and 13%b/f!!!!!i have used sustanon deca test enth test prop d-bol a bombs you name it i used it!!!!but i dont know should i keep bulking till i get to my size i want or should i cut up some!!!!i was thinking of using some fina test prop and winny and clen and t-3 for a cutting cycle does this sound pretty good and also i was wondering is spot injections for real or are they a myth just wondering!!!!so any help would be appreciated!!!!
