Curious about half life and stick' timing
50%, I like your thought on M/TH, now how is that going to effect stickn' time, keeping in mind half life etc. Heres my sched, also with what you reccomended (stick time)
Day 1: Chest, biceps 250mg
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Thighs
Day 4: Cardio 250 mg
Day 5: Shoulder, triceps
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Back. calves
Does this sound atleast half way decsent?
