    what is the BEST first cycle for bulk!?

    hi i need to get big FAST stats 23 yo 6'2'' 203 lbs 14% bf been lifting for 3 year (5 on and off) and i need size (like 20lbs) in like 3 months tops ...please help!
    please incude substance how much for how long and give me a pct for the cycle thanx

    Test enth 500mg a week for 12-14 weeks and if you want kickstart with 30mg of dbol the first 4 weeks. You'll get 20 pounds.

    Yeah run 25-50mg of proviron a day with 10mg of nolva the whole cycle. Up the nolva to 20mg for pct and drop the proviron.
