    Nolvadex Question

Is it true that using Nolvadex can diminish the effects of test in a cycle?

    Thanks

I agree water weight is not muscle gain. The only thing it may decrease is strength slightly only because of less water retention.

    This is exactly what happens...

For example the massive strength gains one gets from
Anadrol or D-bol in just weeks isn't because you have
gained 10lb to 15lb of pure muscle that quick...

It is from the extra water being stored in your muscle
cells increasing leverage and by having that extra leverage
from the retained water your strength increases...

Nolva will effect this part of the gaining cycle and will
slow your gains... I know from experience... I only use it
if I get signs of estrogen related gyno... And usually I will
use Proviron in the place of nolva if I have it on hand...

Sorry Rickson, just wanted to expand on your post a little...

Isn't Nolvadex suppose to be a better anti e than Proviron ? I heard that Proviron actually helps growth, is that why you would go that route?

Nolvadex blocks estrogen from binding to receptor sites...

Proviron stops the conversion of excess test to estrogen...

Therefore IMO Proviron is a better anti-estrogen...

    Plus it adds hardness...
