    Interesting read on receptors

While the study is primarily concerning progesterone receptors, it does have some relevant information to us if the information is extrapolated to include males.

A couple interesting things....Tamoxifen (20mg/day), over a period of time, causes upregulation of progesterone receptors. The combination of estrogen and progesterone over time can either upregulate or downregulate progesterone receptors, depending on the tissue/cell type.
