Ok I have shanghai labs Deca 250 and 10mg british dragon winny. Any suggestions on the cycle. First experience with both.

step one: go get your money back for the deca and winny
step two: research on the boards about first cycles
step three: look at yourself objectively and ask yourself, "am I really, REALLY ready to start taking aas, considering i know almost next to nothing on the gear i've already bought, pct, or what i should be taking for a first cycle?"

is this your first cycle? what's your lifting experience?

No I have taken fina and test before. I have researched and found the deca and winstrol to be a reccomended lean muscle mass cycle. I have been lifting for about 6-8 years. Age 34. Just trying to find out info man. I can keep it in the box if need be right now. I just had the oppurtunity to get my hands on it.

yeah, you definitely don't want to run any cycle with out test, if you want lean mass, go with some thing like this:

1-12 test enanthate 400mg
1-11 deca 300mg
1-14 nolva 10mg ED
1-14 ldex .25mg ED

PCT:
days 1-21 nolva 20mg ED
day 1 clomid 300mg
days 2-11 clomid 100mg ED
days 12-21 clomid 50mg ED
i HATE winstrol , and a lot of other guys who have used it will agree with me, there are simply a lot of other aas out there that will give you better results with less sides, also i would replace the deca in the above cycle with eq

Thanks man. I dont think I will have a problem unloading the winstrol . I have plenty friends who swear by it.
