I don't get why delts are such a popular site. :scratch: I decided to try them a couple days ago - I am shooting two cc in each, prop & tren. **** that **** hurts! I know some of it is the Prop separating, but I don't have nearly the same pain when I shoot quads, glutes, or pecs. I guess the muscle is to small. :unsure: I can't imagine hitting them with 3 cc of gear when my cycle jumps next week (Eq was a little late coming in) . . . Why do some of you bros love delts so much? I am thinking I might switch them with traps and/or lats. I love being my own guinea pig. :cool:
