I am at week 5 of a test and deca cycle and have gained 17 pounds. I have just noticed in the last few days that my ankles seem swolen and I cant see the veins or tendons in my feet. So it is obviously water retention, but how come I dont retain water anywhere else? Also is it common for the ankles to become mildly stiff when there is water retention?
My buddy retains all the water in his head which is way worse. I would think its just the area your body uses.
Yeah it's the extra water that can make some joints alittle stiff...although w/ deca your joints should feel pretty good.
Next time just run l-dex all the way thru...or nolva or both lol
20mgs of nolva and 2 gallons of H2o a day will subside the problem in no time.
I am actually very happy to see the water retention because I have had problens in the past wiht ****ty gear. It was QV batch 13 enan and had absolutely no gains on that.
L-dex and nolva alon with keeping the sodium in the diet down should do the trick.
