I like the pumped look, but I can never really understand how my body ever gets to that ripped veiny in my shoulder look. On somedays its awesome and other days even if I work hard its not. Whats a quick way of bulging thoses veins and muscles. Sorry Im very vain and well....arent we all.. ;-)
What's your body fat %?
It got to be low to start seeing those veins like you want.
exactly - if you are over 16% it doesnt matter what you are doing - the viens may be there but its hard to see them
around 13-14% I know I have them because they show up on somedays but on others no matter what I do I dont get pumped!
I hear Theres a spray that's supossed to get you super veiny.I cant remeber what it's called but I know for a fact they have it at the musclemag store in las vegas..hang tight and I'll find out what it's called...see ya:dg:
