First cycle !!!!!Any thoughts????

Okay after doing all my research.This is what i've come up with.
I'm 31
5'9 and 167lbs,haven't gotten my BF checked yet doing that Monday.
Have a hard time to gain weight even with weight gainers and proper diet and working out 5-6 days a week.That is why i'm doing this!!
Here's my cycle:
Weeks 1-4 D-bol @25mg/daily
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon250 @250mg/week
Weeks 4-12 Deca-Durabolin @200/week 4
250/week 5
300/weeks 6-9
250/weeks 10-11
200/week 12
(trying to find) Nolvadex @ 10mg/daily or as needed.
clomid @ the end on week 15.

I think by taking the d-bol sustanon stack i will gain my size first then deca will help with harder stronger muscles that won't disappear at the end.This is probably going to be the first and last time i use.Hopefully i am able to maintain what i have without losing to much after the fact.Just going to use hard work and sweat!!!!!What do you guys think??????????Honestly????

id go with a single ester test for your first cycle.. 4-500mg a week.
may want to do a bit more research..
you should run test past the deca.. you have it the other way..
you should run test at a higher mg than the deca.
deca should be started from week one..
sust should be inj eod/e3d
do not taper doses..
deca is not gonna harden you up..

I think I would up the sus to 500mgs/week and the deca to 400mgs/week...d-bol should be alright but 30mgs/day wouldn't hurt either. Also stretching the cycle to 12 weeks would reap better results.

SUS needs to be ran minimum e3d better would be eod....... and 250mg isn't nearly enough...... better for you would be a single estered test like cyp or enan....... also don't pyramid your dosages of deca....... I would run the d-bol at 35mg ED

Agreed.........cyp or enan at 500 mgs wkly is the way to go.If your running deca keep it 100mgs less than the test.

Also 12 wks is a good cycle length.

Test only is the way to go.... I would switch the SUS for Enan or Cyp though.

weeks 1-15 Nolva 10mg ED
weeks 1-15 l-dex .25mg ED

3 weeks after last SUS injection start PCT
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

if you dont shoot sust Eod or Ed you will lose the prop. test thats in it...who told you deca hardens muscle...maybe winstrol primo, or even just straight up prop (which you may want to do since its your first cycle, just keep it simple)

you are a little small to be doing sause...are you sure your diet and workout plan is ready...
anyway...goodluck

Why not just do test Ethan 250 mg a week? I think you'd make gains off of that, and you could see how your body reacts to AS. For your second cycle, then you could stack test with something else...

I wanted to do deca and d bol.All i can get my hands on are d-bol and sustanon250.I am buying some deca when i go to TO.I have started the dbol today and am taking my first shot of sustanon tomorrow before my workout.I thought maybe i could use the deca later in my cycle but it seems that it would be a waste.I am just looking for some gain in weight and muscle mass.I don't want to hulk out.

My first cycle was exactly as you planned, 200 Deca 250 sust. 12 weeks. I gained 24 lbs and kept 19 after ptc. Although what everyone is saying is true for the prop, there are 3 other esters in sust. If you are lifting and eating right, you will grow nicely off low doses. Although the majority on here prefer enenthate, I am a sust lover as it does not bloat me up as bad as test E.
