Starting my first cycle on Mon .test400 ending with clomid.Im 48 /m 5'11''
215 lbs bf 20 % been working out for 3.5 yrs .Is this a good start should i add anything or just leave it as is for the first cycle ever? should i just forget due to my age .no health problems what so ever B.P is great . I just need to see more and bigger gains than i have in the past .what do ya think thanks

yeah bro.... its fine.
test 4-500mg a week
i run 10mg nolvadex and .25 l-dex every day
pct.
clomid 2 weeks after last inj..
300mg day 1
100mg 2-10
50mg 11-21
nolvadex bumped to 20mg through pct
