New to this- Couold please use some advice

I've been reading everyones posts and have to say that I'm glad I feel comfortable asking for some help here.

I am looking to gain some mass and cut my fat as well. The only thing I have available to me right now is

100 X 10mg D-Bol
85 X Winstrol

Both Pill form. Any help would be appreciated if I should or could stack this combo and at 5'7" 188 lbs. w/ a good size frame, if I should lose weight first to cut back my fat?

Do more research on cycles utilizing the SEARCH button. Figure out what you think is best for a cycle that you need and post it. Then we will critique it best we can to tailor it to your needs. Do some of your own leg work. Welcome to AR.

not a good idea to run those 2 together bro.. look into some test..

You'll need to get your hands on some test before you can put together a solid cycle too.

dont forget anti es and pct in your search

Test is basis of any cycle - have you ever cycled before ? what are your stats ?
