up your dose on novladex, assuming that you are taking novla, if not get your hands on some, it will not reduce any gyno that you have already gotten, but will stop you from gettin more

Get some nolvadex fast!
-80mg for a day
-60mg for a few days (until you can notice improvements)
-then drop to 40mg ED until you notice more improvements and feel that you have it under control
-then drop to 20mg ED and stay on it until the end of the cycle.
Worked like a charm when my nips started aching from dbol.

Exactly! I did 60mg for a week. Then, I dropped to 40mg for a week. By then, the problem was gone...but I ran it at 20mg for the rest of the cycle. I also bumped my l-dex to .5mg ed.Quote:

Angel isn't really flaming you. Actually we all talk like that on here. You'll see. Once you start hanging out and seeing how we act around here you will join right on in.
He's right you should have had anti-e's and clomid on hand before this cycle or any cycle. That is the rule we preach around here. Your incident is the perfect example.
Must have nolvadex on hand and clomid waiting for post cycle therapy (PCT). Must have these both for side affects such as inflamation of the glands caused by estrogen build up or tissue irritation. Clomid to help restore your HTPA, restore your natural test production, and help keep the gains to the next cycle.
If you are prone to gyno like it appears to be in your post. Then nolvdex is a must for you. I'd run nolvadex 20mg straight through your cycle and up it to 60-80mg daily if any sides persist. Also, right on through your PCT.
You could also try Armidex which is an anti-aromatizer. I always suggest nolvdex to block estrogen because estrogen is not as bad as you think and it is neccessary to balance out test. In your case you may need to stop the conversion of test to estrogen completely by using Armidex.
Another good one is proviron. This is both and anit-e and anti-aromatizer.
