If the sender asked for a sig, then yes. If not, no.
well seen as ordering fina pellets is legal would you sign if they do?
I would, all fina pellet sales are tracked by the gov. anyway.
no danger in doing so then right?

well just do what i do when i get something from ebay.just leave a note attatched to the door or underneat h the doorbell asking for them to leave the package because no one is home for them, i never had a problem with that.
