I was just wondering which of the two is a better mass builder my buddy wants to run a bulking cycle it will be his 3rd hes 190lb which compound will be better to run with 500mg of ethanate/week for 12 weeks and 30mg d-bol for 1st 5 weeks should he run 400mg deca/week for 10 weeks or 75mg of fina e/o/d/ which will give better mass gains????
fina, and it should be run every day, not every other day
I find Deca puts more size on me but it comes with water retention which can be controlled somewhat.
If you are looking for solid gains, no water retention then I agree with Scott on the tren.
fina can cause water retension as well. it's a kickass mass builder tho, i would go with the fina. 75 mg ED is the best way to go.
Actually, I'd say it a toss up, for a myriad of different reasons.
Personally, I'll more than likely Never run a Bulker without the use of both of them.
Deca keeps me well lubed which enables me to Hit it Heavy, and I tend to keep a great deal of what I gain Water Excluded.
I find that Tren is a great "Shift" into 3rd, which has the tendency to break any plateau's I may be experiencing, mainly by increasing my eating habits and my Drive, I'm very Intense on Tren.
All in all, they both have their Pro's and Con's.....But again, I'll never run a Bulker without them both, maybe not at once, but in the same cycle.
Also, for you guys who like to cut toward the end of every cycle (In know you're out there) Tren is great for the later half of a cycle due to the fact that it's equally good for both Bulking and Cuttingdepending on what it's stacked with, and more importantly Diet. Diet is the real key....you can Bulk on darn near anything if Water and Diet are kept in check. ;)
