    Post 2nd cycle workout

I'm looking to start my second cycle soon and would like to know if this would be a good workout 3 days on one day off
    day 1 :chest -flat bench,incline,butterflies
    back -pullups,lat pulldowns,close grip pulldowns
day 2 :shoulders -military barbell, front and side raises, dumbell military ,barbell shrugs, upright rows
triceps - tricep pushdowns, lying extensions, dips
day 3 :biceps - standing up curls, dumbbell curls, cable curls
legs - don't know what to do
abs and cardio every other day

    thanks chris

    Chris,
I personally don't like your workout routine. I'm not saying you want get results, but I believe you could get better results if you weren't doing the same routine every week. I work out 5 times/week.
    Day 1 Chest
    Day 2 Back/Traps
    Day 3 Legs
    Day 4 Shoulders
    Day 5 Arms
You will never catch me repeating a workout. Everytime I step in the gym I change the exercises that I do. Sometimes I don't know what I am going to do until I walk in the gym. Your cardio/abs sound great. Abs can be done as little or as much as you want. Cardio do 3-5 times/week for 30 - 45 minutes.

thanks jason!so you think the 3 days on 1 day off is a bad idea too and i like the workout you said and i'm gonna try it.do you think i'll get good results with that even though i'm only training each muscle once a week.

As you know you don't grow in the gym, so the extra recovery time will aid growth. Make sure each session is intense as humanly possible and you will make some very good gains from changing your programme.

Remember to rest the body part for at least 48 hrs to allow full recovery.

Three days on and 1 day off is fine. I personally don't do weights more than 5 days/week. I workout Monday through Friday and leave the weights alone on the weekend. I may do some cardio on the weekend, but that's it. If you train hard enough, you will want the week to recover on each body part.
    Good Luck with the workouts.

Bro you will get really good results only training the muscles once a week. I switch to that lifting routine often. Most people spend there first few years of lifting over training then wonder why they didn't grow. Give it a try and see how you like it. Goodluck
