i've never done it, there for i am going off others experience. i was always told to do it before the workout. i would think it would hurt alittle at this time, but i've heard this is why lee priest's arms are so big. the inflammation causes the muscle to swell, on top of the muscle pump, creating alittle more surface space inside the muscle, helping with the "site enhancement" which i am questionable about, but in theory it seems right. i'm sure your going to get 50/50 on this, maybe even alittle more in favor of after.
