what are your goals?? if youre looking to cut up and retain some muscle i think winny alone will give you the desired results however, i know a lot of bros that have done this and said if they could do it again they would have added test prop...Quote:

A friend of mine (against my advice), did a winny only cycle because he was too scared to inject, and he wanted to cut. He took 20mg/day for 50 days (remember none of this was done by my advice). He said, of course, that he felt pretty pumped at first. After a while he just started feeling pretty normal and I told him it was probably because hes barely doing more than replacing his natural testosterone production. After it was all said and done, he ended up gaining 2lbs, which couldve easily came w/o the winny, and he looked SOFTER. I wouldnt recommend a winny only cycle for this and obvious reasons.
what about a 50mg a day? anyone done that?
I agree with Whitey, like I said above you can do it and people have done it, but I think you will be much happier if you added test prop along with the winny...great combo for cutting...Quote:

well i was just wanting some opinions cause for some reason its the thing to do here on campus being around 10 guys are on it alone...

Yeah, I have run 50mg winny a day solo for about 6-7 weeks. It made my muscles nice and hard with moderate gains and great vascularity. However, it shut me down, like the others mention above.
If you are not familiar with what 'shut down' means, it means your body stops producing endogenous testosterone. Without having test in the mix, you will eventually have erectile problems, reduced libido, and ****ty orgasms for the length of the winny use. You will still need to do PCT.
IF you are adamant about running winny only (or can only get winny and insist on running it solo), I would definitely take tribulus - about 4 grams a day, along with tongkat ali. These two herbs have worked well for me, and may help with your recovery. You can get these herbs at most online health shops/sites.
From first hand expereince, I would suggest at least a minimal dose of test. Just my 2 cents.

well my buddy is about 4 weeks into it and he wants to know 3 things... should he stop? what kinda test to run with it ? and he wants to know if this is the best thing for strength and cutting up?
run test enanthate with it, only problem is it wont kick in for a couple weeks
so if he doesnt mind ED or EOD injections, go with prop
it is by far NOT the best thing for stength whatsoever
test should always be used as a base for a cycle, especially a first cycle

I have done a winny and prop cycle. Dont do just winny. Run prop and winny at higher dosages, dont do it if you cant handle the needle and dont take low dosages of anything. I would run 50mg winny/day and 75-100 prop every day to keep your gains nice and high. Run PCT and nolva during and after your cycle and you will be safe from any sides and the 700 of test a week will really slam on the pounds.
