    D-bol timing

    When taking 30mg/day in the form of 4 10mg pills of d-bol...how would you guys suggest dosing that out throughout the day?? One hour before workout, when you wake up, right after work out...two pills at once and two later...??? Or does it really matter..

    Current cycle:

    1-12 500mg/wk Test E
    1-10 300mg/wk Decca
    1-4 30mg/day d-bol

    1200mg milk thistle/day
    20mg nolva per day

    and you are taking 40mg of dbol ..

    each pill is 10mg x 4 = 40mg...
