    Eating while on AS...CALLING ALL FOR THEIR DIETS

    Ok, i know that the following question has a lot to do with individuality, however, im just trying to get a general idea of how most of you eat while on a BULKING cycle. Like around how many calories do you get? How clean do you eat? Moslty im just wondering what you guys consider clean. I know that pizza and coke is not clean, but some will say that a steak with potatoes and some butter to be clean or eggs with cheese and ham and toast with jelly are clean while bulking. How often do you have a big cheat meal while on?

    Basically im just wondering what many of you do

    when bulking, i ussually have one big "clean cheat" meal for my PWO meal...

    when im done with my workout ill have my gainer shake, then come home and start whipping something up...this is the time where ill eat a ton of white rice or potatoes, along with meats, and ill ussually include all condaments (ketchup,bbq sauce...)...also i wont be afraid to make something like maccaroni and chesse, or something that i wouldnt normally eat.

    I think you get the idea...maybe

    for me, i eat 6-7 meals, 3 of those meals are Myoplex (mrp) the other 3-4 meals constist of a protien source (redmeat,chicken,tuna,eggs) also a carb source(rice,potatoe, pasta,) and a veggie source. I dont any fast food, for a snack I take spoon and go straight for the peanutbutter and untill im full. But back to my meals i really dont count the calories. I just eat untill im stuffed when trying to bulk. Also one day out the week ill eat bad for exmaple ill eat a large pizza, couple big Macs whatever Im in the mood for and ill eat a tone of it. Also I stay away from cardio. This pretty much what I do when bulking and it works for me.

    I eat peanut butter out of the jar while i drink my shakes..That has helped out a lot in my case.

    On workdays I am a very busy boy, and have little time for variety, but this seems to be working for me:

    Wake up at 11am
    Work from 2pm-10pm
    Workout at 12pm

    10:30am- 2 chicken burritos
    1:30pm- shake
    3:00- 2 chicken sandwiches
    5:30pm- 2 chicken sandwiches
    8:00pm- 2 chicken sandwiches
    10:30pm- rice and chicken or rice and beef
    12pm- workout
    1:30am- shake
    2:30am- small snack of some kind
    3:00am- sleep

    I haven't really calculated how many calories I am getting, but I'm growing so I must be doing something right.

    When bulking, I eat around 4500-7000 calories a day. 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, probably split around the vicinity of 65% proteins, 25% carbs, 10% fats.
    Chicken, Tuna, Salmon, Beef, Pork, Eggs, and lots of it. Brown Rice (and i eat White Rice), Yams, and Oatmeal. I actually have a cheat day rather then one cheat meal. If you eat clean the other 6 days I reward myself with that one cheat day. That doesn't mean a dozen Krispy Creams, but it does mean I will eat junk food. It's good to rest your thyroid once a week.

    how many of you actually take a day off. Kind of like a cheat day when cutting, but just the opposite. For one day, maybe 2 actually diet and do some cardio. Ive only done this when i am natural but it seems to allow me to get rid of the small amount of fat that i gained during my week of bulking. I know that one would gain weight slightly slower, but it allows one to eat a little more during the week and have minimal fat gain. Anyone do this while on a cycle

    This is what I eat

    The macro sheet is messed up so disregard . I actually started here and am now at 5800 cals a day same food though. I have also adjusted my pre and post wo shakes and have added another shake before the eggs of a quart of skimm with 100 grams of whey

    I do all the cardio I can in 15-30 min intervals with any girl I can find thats also looking for some high intensity exercise

    I think it all depends on your metablism..if it is fast then cheat meals are a must but if it isn't then I'd stay pretty clean....I have a real hard time gaining weight so I eat around 1 cheat meal everyday...

    For instance today for lunch I had 2 "3x3" from In n Out Burger..that is six patties and then a huge chocolate cookie..and if you look at my pics in the pictures secton you can see I don't put on much fat....works well for me
