    Went to the docs today

Went to have my bloodwork done and the medical assistant had me get on the scale, and I gained 15lbs last cycle, well I saw her about 4 months ago. She said lets try and empty your pockets she couldnt believe my weight gain. At least she said it wasnt fat, lol. But the best is when she had to use an obese cuff because a regular bp cuff wouldnt fit around my arm. Guess the hard work has been paying off.

ah, i remember the first time the normal BP cuff was not large enough its a great feeling, isn't it.

just don't let those nurses scare you...they can be overbearing at times with questions, especially when the chart has a nice new kink in it.

    Good work groverman!

I been there, done that. BP was like 210 over 190. Nurse freaked! I was like, you might want to use a bigger cuff. She did and my bp was lik 128 over 66.

Hahaha...gotta love the bp cuff not fitting....I go to the Doc's on a monthly basis..the nurse doesn't even weigh me anymore. After so many months of telling her what I weighed before jumping on the scale and being with in 1#,she just asks now.
