    Bro's ...... Semi-Newbie Here

    Great board you guys have here. I've been reading the forums here for around 4 months. Figured I'd take the leap and start contributing where I could. I'm 30, and I've been training on and off for about 7 years. Mostly off lately but for the past 3 months I've been back at it and loving it. Anyway ... There is still alot to learn so back to reading I go ......thanks
