I hope it's true...I'm on Week 3 of Test E and although I look huge now, my arms still suck and are not in proportion to the rest of my body. I read that Test E makes your arms so that you have no flex. I noticed this. I flex my bicep and nothing happens.

That's from the drug profile of Test E...that's exactly how I feel...my arms DEFINITELY got bigger (just not in proportion with my chest and back...I guess un-related),,, but the real thing bothering me is that nothing happens when I flex.
