this will be my second cycle, my first was a 10 week prop/cyp cycle

Only thing I have to comment on is your prop dosage. You will have been taking 500mg of Enanthate then a drop to 350mg of Prop. I would do roughly 150mg eod, a little less if you can measure.

You're goal seems a bit unreasonable to me, 218lbs to 240lbs in one 15 week cycle with an unchanged body fat percentage? I'd aim for 230lbs. If you manage to make 240lbs you won't be dissapointed but don't set your expectations too high.

75mg ed is the same as 150mg eod. I say do it ed though, if you're going to do it eod anyway what's the big difference. Makes you more of a man. :D
