Enough Calories?
I Am On A Sust. 250 Deca 200 Cycle In My 4th Week. I Am Shooting Eod Of Sust And M/f Deca. I Have Gained 11lbs And 1" On Arms Chest Calves Thighs. The Problem Is I Am Only Eating 2000 Calories A Day 300 G/protein 300g/carbs. It Seems Like This Is Not Enough, But I Am Growing Well. Should I Up My Calories? I Work Construction So I Burn A Lot Of Calories At Work.

What's your current weight and height? I would say you need at least 3,500 at most any height and weight.
Your protein intake is good
Also a note on your cycle, shot the Deca Monday and Thursdays, not Fridays.

300G/Protein and 300G/Carbs= 2400 Calories and that's if you're eating 0G Fat, which I doubt.

Trouble eating 2,000 calories at 225lbs? Thats very odd. Lol, I had a 2,200 calorie meal for lunch today (wasnt too healthy). Like I said, thats very odd. Could be because of your high bf% (high bf=low bmr). Smoke some weed- worked for Chris Cormier.

So how are you getting 2000 calories with 300g/protein and 300g carbs....it doesn't add up?

I can never understand how one has troubles eating enough. I can eat all **** day and it never seems to get old.

bro if your putting weight on then great. i listen to my body all the time if i haven't put any weight on after 2 weeks then i up the kcal by 500 until i start putting weight on again. i'm 250 pounds and eat about 5000 a day most of the time. you don't have to eat s**t just up the carbs early on in the day and get up early to have an extra meal if you can.
